Makkah: The literary children’s week 2025 concluded yesterday evening in Qatif Governorate. Organized by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission from December 17 to 20, the event aimed to connect children and young adults with literature and the creative content industry.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the program included workshops and interactive sessions on creative writing, storytelling, literary theater, and cultural competitions. Participants enhanced their expression and imagination skills, attracting significant attendance from families and children.
The commission stated that this initiative is part of its efforts to promote a reading culture among youth and provide platforms for talent discovery. The event’s success underscores the community’s commitment to supporting children’s literature and fostering reading habits and cognitive development.
