LEAP 2026 Secures $857 Million in Tech, Manufacturing Investments on Day Three

Riyadh: The LEAP 2026 conference secured $857 million in new tech investments on its third day, driving major expansions across cloud computing, data center manufacturing, and venture capital funding.

According to Saudi Press Agency, venture capital investments led the third day's announcements, totaling nearly $293 million across 11 deals. These included nine investment rounds totaling $126.15 million, as well as the launch of a new fund and the expansion of an existing fund, with a combined value of $166.7 million.

The funding rounds were distributed across companies operating in AI, fintech, travel, gaming, human resources, and digital automotive services. Participating companies included COFE Tech, FlyAkeed, Nayla Finance, RABEH, Hazen.ai, ZenHR, Abwab.ai, and Taka House.

Fund announcements included the launch of a $100 million fund by Ula Capital, in partnership with Korea's FuturePlay, aimed at connecting deep-tech investment opportunities between the Kingdom and the Republic of Korea.

Impact46 and Hala also announced the expansion of the SME funding fund from $26.7 million to $66.7 million, representing a 150% increase in less than two years.

In support of localizing advanced technology industries, Alfanar announced a $150 million investment to manufacture data center components in the Kingdom. The investment will strengthen national infrastructure and increase local content in advanced technology industries.

The announcements on the third day of LEAP 2026 underscore the continued momentum of the Kingdom's technology and innovation ecosystem, highlighting its growing ability to attract high-quality capital and investment, empower startups, and localize advanced industries.
