Marib: Supported by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center Project in Marib Governorate delivered a range of medical services during June 2026 to 503 Yemeni beneficiaries who lost limbs.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the project delivered 1,597 services to male and female beneficiaries, with internally displaced persons comprising 81% of the beneficiaries, and residents accounting for the remaining 19%.
Services provided included the manufacture, fitting, and rehabilitation of prosthetic limbs, as well as physical therapy and specialized medical consultations.
This initiative is part of the Kingdom's ongoing humanitarian efforts, carried out through KSrelief, to enhance the capacity of Yemen's health sector and help alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.
