Aden: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has successfully concluded a volunteer medical project focused on neurosurgery in Yemen’s Aden Governorate. The initiative was executed by a team of five volunteer physicians, each specializing in different medical fields.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the project took place from June 18 to 26 and was conducted in collaboration with the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY). During this period, the volunteer medical team performed 69 surgical procedures, all of which were successful.
This effort is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s broader volunteer medical programs, executed through KSrelief. The programs aim to provide assistance to those in need and individuals affected by crises in various countries.
