Damascus: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) signed a joint cooperation agreement with the Syrian Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management in Damascus to rehabilitate wells in Syria’s Rif Dimashq Governorate and surrounding areas. Under the agreement, 18 wells will be rehabilitated to provide safe and clean water to communities, reduce the spread of epidemic diseases caused by contaminated water, and benefit an estimated 300,000 individuals.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this initiative is part of the Kingdom’s ongoing humanitarian and relief projects through KSrelief in the water and environmental sanitation sector, aiming to improve quality of life and curb the spread of diseases.
