Damascus: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) signed a cooperation agreement with a civil society organization in Damascus on Sunday to implement the Saba’ Sanabel (seven spikes) project in the governorates of Idlib and Aleppo in northern Syria.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the project aims to enhance food security and sustainability by supporting 750 farming families to produce vegetables and wheat through the provision of basic agricultural tools, energy sources, seeds, and awareness programs on best agricultural practices. The initiative will also create job opportunities for approximately 500 daily wage workers.

The project comes as part of the humanitarian and relief efforts provided by the Kingdom, through KSrelief, to support and assist the Syrian people.
