Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched a preventive health campaign in Mukalla, Hadhramaut Governorate, in coordination with Yemen’s Ministry of Public Health and Population, the Ministry of Transport and Public Works, and the Civil Aviation Meteorology Authority, as part of efforts to curb cholera.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the campaign targets 1.153 million people across the most affected areas in the governorates of Aden, Hadhramaut, Hajjah, and Taiz, aiming to reduce infection rates and limit the spread of cholera through preventive measures. These measures include deploying specialized medical teams to screen and monitor travelers at air and land entry points.

These efforts are part of the Kingdom’s humanitarian initiatives through KSrelief.
