KSrelief Launches Noor Saudi Volunteer Project to Combat Blindness in Côte d’Ivoire.

Abidjan: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched the Noor Saudi volunteer project aimed at combating blindness and its causes in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire from November 15 to 21. During this period, a dedicated team of volunteer medical professionals from KSrelief provided essential eye care services to the local population.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the medical team examined a total of 4,000 cases, performed 406 specialized eye surgeries, and distributed 1,154 pairs of eyeglasses to those in need. This initiative is a part of the larger humanitarian and relief efforts by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, executed through KSrelief, to bolster the medical sector and aid low-income patients with eye diseases in various countries.
