KSrelief Distributes 1,050 Food Baskets in Sudan’s Northern State

Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed 1,050 food baskets on Friday to the most needy and displaced families in the localities of Halfa and Abri in Sudan’s Northern State.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative benefited 1,050 families through the Food Security Support Project in Sudan in 2025. This effort is part of a broader strategy to provide essential resources to communities struggling due to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the country.

This action falls within the framework of the humanitarian and relief efforts by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, which aims to alleviate the suffering of the Sudanese people. The distribution of food baskets is a critical component of these efforts, addressing immediate nutritional needs and supporting the overall well-being of affected families.
