Manila: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has successfully delivered the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's humanitarian gift to the Republic of the Philippines, consisting of 25 tons of dates. This significant delivery underscores the ongoing commitment of Saudi Arabia to provide assistance to nations in need.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the aid was officially handed over by Saudi Ambassador to the Philippines Faisal bin Ibrahim Al-Ghamdi. The handover ceremony was attended by Secretary of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos Sabuddin Abdurahim, along with several officials from both Saudi Arabia and the Philippines, marking a moment of international collaboration and goodwill.
