Gaza: The central kitchen of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) yesterday distributed 24,000 hot meals to displaced families in the Gaza Strip as part of the Saudi popular campaign to assist the Palestinian people in the Strip.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the central kitchen continues to prepare hot meals daily and distribute them to families in various displacement areas as part of efforts to enhance food security and support families who are no longer able to meet their basic needs.
Field teams of the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, the implementing partner of KSrelief in the Gaza Strip, organize cooking and distribution operations and coordinate with camp committees to ensure that meals reach as many beneficiaries as possible.
Beneficiaries expressed appreciation and gratitude to Saudi Arabia for this noble humanitarian initiative, which came at a time when they were in urgent need of support amid severe food shortages. They stressed that the continued distribution of hot meals is vital assistance at this stage and provides a sense of solidarity amid the difficult conditions the strip faces.
These efforts come within the humanitarian and relief projects and programs provided by the Kingdom, represented by KSrelief, to enhance food security and improve the quality of life in the Gaza Strip.
