Erbil: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has successfully concluded its voluntary pediatric cardiac catheterization medical project in Erbil, located in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This initiative was carried out from December 25 to 29, with the involvement of eight volunteers from different medical specialties.
According to Saudi Press Agency, KSrelief's volunteer medical team conducted 14 pediatric cardiac catheterization procedures, performed 50 ultrasound examinations, undertook 30 electrocardiograms, and completed four advanced cardiac CT scans during the campaign.
This project forms part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's continuous voluntary medical efforts in cardiac care, executed through KSrelief, aiming to reduce the suffering of patients and individuals affected by health issues globally.
