Riyadh-- The Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Sawaha, received here today the Minister of Economy and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Austria, Minister Margarete Schrambock.

During the meeting, which was attended by the Austrian Ambassador to the Kingdom Georg Postinger and a number of ministry officials, they discussed ways to enhance the partnership between the two countries in the fields of digital economy, digital transformation, and digital government.

The two sides also discussed encouraging investment in the digital field, mechanisms to benefit from investment opportunities available to companies of technology in both countries.
