Riyadh: King Saud University provided a wide range of academic, social, and cultural services to 1,263 new international students across various colleges during the past academic year.
According to Saudi Press Agency, these efforts contributed to 37 students earning master’s and doctoral degrees. Additionally, the university delivered 94 distinct services that benefited 31,154 individuals and processed 1,581 transactions related to international students.
This information was included in the annual report issued by the International Students Department for the academic year 1446 AH, highlighting King Saud University’s commitment to delivering a rich and distinguished educational experience for international students.
Consultant of the Vice Rector for Educational and Academic Affairs Dr. Saleh Al-Shamrani explained that the department, in cooperation with donors, provided more than 2,500 Iftar meals during Ramadan to the students and enabled 61 students to perform Hajj.
He affirmed the university’s commitment to delivering the highest quality academic, social, and cultural services to international students, emphasizing its ongoing efforts to enrich their educational experience at the university.
