King Khalid International Airport Completes Preparations to Receive Pilgrims

Riyadh: Riyadh Airports Company, which manages and operates King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, has completed its preparations to receive pilgrims for the 1447 AH Hajj season through an integrated operational ecosystem focused on raising performance efficiency and enhancing service quality with the highest international standards.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the company stated that Hajj season preparations are part of a comprehensive operational plan implemented in coordination with relevant entities, ensuring smooth passenger flow and supporting the readiness of facilities, terminals, and support services to handle the high operational traffic during the season.

Preparations also included reinforcing operations with qualified personnel, intensifying field teams across various airport facilities, facilitating arrival and departure movement through an integrated transport system, and enabling pilgrims to access services and information in multiple languages, within an integrated framework continuously updated and deployed across various channels, ensuring procedural clarity and contributing to a smooth and seamless travel experience for pilgrims.
