Kidana Development Company Unveils ‘Elite Makkah’ Program to Empower Saudi Graduates

Makkah: Kidana Development Company, the executive arm of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites, has launched the "Elite Makkah" training program for outstanding university graduates, aiming to qualify national talent to contribute to the development of Makkah and support the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's objectives in serving pilgrims and Umrah performers.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the program seeks to build and develop national capabilities through one year of on-the-job training. It focuses on recruiting top graduates and providing them with a comprehensive development plan designed according to international best practices.

The "Elite Makkah" program targets a wide range of disciplines, including artificial intelligence, computer engineering, computer programming, information technology, civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, business administration and marketing, finance, investment and economics, legal affairs, and human resources.
