Amman: The Jordanian government today condemned the Houthi militia's attempt to target Makkah with a drone, describing the act as a violation of the Kingdom's sovereignty, as well as a blatant breach of international law.
According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement, Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates official spokesperson Ambassador Fuad Al-Majali denounced the attack as an unacceptable act that disregards the sanctity of Makkah and offends the sentiments of Muslims.
He affirmed Jordan's solidarity with the Kingdom and its support for all measures taken to protect its security, stability, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
