Jazan: Jazan Region's governorates are participating in Saudi Environment Week 2026 through a range of environmental programs and initiatives implemented by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, represented by its branch in Jazan, to enhance environmental awareness.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the events, which involved more than 5,000 volunteers, included tree-planting, beach cleanups, and the cleaning of public parks and valleys across several governorates.

The broad participation of volunteers, students, and interested individuals highlighted the importance of environmental work as a shared responsibility that helps preserve vegetation, enhance the urban landscape, and reduce practices that harm the environment.
