Jeddah: The Jeddah E-Prix, the fifth round of the 2026 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, concluded yesterday at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit. Organized by the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation (SAMF) and supervised by the Ministry of Sport, the event showcased elite electric motorsport. According to Saudi Press Agency, Antonio Felix da Costa of Jaguar TCS Racing took first place, demonstrating exceptional energy management. Sébastien Buemi of Envision Racing finished second, while Oliver Rowland of the Nissan Formula E Team secured third. In the qualifying sessions, Edoardo Mortara of Mahindra Racing earned pole position, followed by Jake Dennis of Andretti Formula E. Da Costa started the race from third. After Jeddah, the championship will move to Madrid for the sixth round and then to Berlin for rounds seven and eight. The season will continue through iconic locations, including Monaco, Sanya, Shanghai, and Tokyo, before reaching its grand finale in London this August for rounds sixteen and s eventeen.
