Tabuk: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by its branch in the Tabuk Region, has made comprehensive preparations for 306 mosques and 23 prayer areas in Tabuk city, its suburbs, and the governorates and centers across the region to accommodate worshippers for the Eid Al-Fitr prayer.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Director-General of the branch, Abdullah Al-Mushaiqeh, announced that an integrated plan has been executed to ensure the readiness of mosques and prayer areas designated for Eid prayer. This plan includes cleaning and maintaining the mosques and prayer sites, servicing air conditioning and sound systems, addressing electrical and sanitation issues, and ensuring that all operational readiness and safety requirements are met at all sites.
Al-Mushaiqeh stated that the Eid Al-Fitr prayer is scheduled to take place 15 minutes after sunrise, as per the Umm Al-Qura calendar. He also mentioned that weather updates and changing conditions in the region are being monitored closely. This is to determine whether the prayer will be conducted in mosques rather than open prayer areas, ensuring the health and safety of worshippers.
