Islamic Affairs Ministry Launches Iftar and Dates Distribution Programs in Pakistan

Islamabad: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the religious attach© at the Saudi Embassy in Pakistan, has officially launched the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' programs for providing Iftar meals and distributing premium dates in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for the year 1447 AH.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative includes the distribution of approximately 40 tons of dates, designated to benefit around 80,000 eligible individuals. Additionally, the Iftar program is estimated to serve approximately 35,000 beneficiaries. Pakistani Minister of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousaf expressed profound gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for the Kingdom's continuous support of those in need. He emphasized that these programs, implemented by the ministry, truly embody the strength and depth of the fraternal relations that bind the two brotherly nations.
