Madinah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by its branch in the Madinah Region, continues to extend a comprehensive range of outreach and guidance services to pilgrims arriving at Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport. This initiative is designed to ensure that pilgrims receive necessary support and information from the moment they set foot in the Kingdom.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry's branch in Madinah welcomed a group of 442 pilgrims from the Republic of India today. These pilgrims arrived through arrival halls (1) and (5) and were met by the branch's dedicated administrative and guidance teams. The teams provided a warm reception, guiding the pilgrims and offering them various awareness services to aid in the seamless performance of their rituals.
The ministry's field efforts at the airport included the distribution of educational books and publications in multiple languages. These materials explained the rulings of Umrah and Hajj, while also introducing the ministry's electronic services. Such initiatives are aimed at enhancing the pilgrims' awareness and facilitating their spiritual journey throughout their stay in the Kingdom.
These services underscore the Ministry of Islamic Affairs' commitment to delivering top-tier awareness services to pilgrims. This is in alignment with the leadership's directives to prioritize the comfort and care of pilgrims, ensuring their needs are met from their arrival until their departure.
