Islamic Affairs Minister Meets Nigerian Delegation Under Custodian’s Guests Program

Mina: Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh received a delegation of notable figures from Nigeria at the ministry’s office in Mina. These guests were hosted as part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj and Umrah, which is implemented by the ministry.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the minister extended a warm welcome to the delegation, offering prayers for a blessed Hajj and the acceptance of their good deeds. He emphasized that hosting the Nigerian figures under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program underscores the leadership’s dedication to enhancing Islamic brotherhood and promoting cooperation and solidarity among Muslim nations.

The Nigerian guests expressed their appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. They acknowledged the significant efforts made by the Saudi leadership in serving Islam and Muslims, and appreciated the care and attention they received, which they felt demonstrated the Kingdom’s ongoing commitment to supporting the Islamic faith and its adherents.
