Islamic Affairs Minister Honors Saudi Winner of Kazakhstan Quran Competition

Riyadh: Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Abdullatif Al Alsheikh received first-place winner of the second International Quran Competition in Kazakhstan Fahd Al-Shami and his father in Riyadh yesterday, praising this significant national achievement which adds to the many triumphs secured by Saudi participants in international Quranic forums.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Al-Shami’s father thanked the Saudi leadership for its continuous support and care for the Holy Quran and those dedicated to memorizing it, emphasizing that his son’s first-place win is an extension of this national encouragement.
