Iraqi Pilgrims Received with Comprehensive Services at Al-Jouf’s Pilgrim City

Al-jouf: Pilgrims arriving by land from Iraq are making their first stop at the Pilgrim City in Al-Jouf Region, where a comprehensive range of services ensures their safety, comfort, and peace of mind.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the city, strategically located on the international road linking Al-Jouf and Northern Borders regions, offers accommodation, meals, and Saudi hospitality. Health services are provided by volunteer teams from the Al-Jouf Health Cluster, who also assist the elderly and guide pilgrims to reception centers and other facilities.

The Al-Jouf branch of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance plays a crucial role by distributing awareness booklets in multiple languages. Interactive boards equipped with QR codes link to multilingual religious content, and digital awareness services are accessible through the ministry's official applications.

In addition, male and female preachers are on hand to answer any inquiries from the pilgrims. Their efforts are supported by a toll-free automated response service that offers guidance on Hajj rituals in multiple languages, ensuring that pilgrims receive the information they need in a language they understand.
