Riyadh: Head coach of Al-Hilal's first football team, Italian Simone Inzaghi, and Senegalese player Kalidou Koulibaly held a press conference today at the club's training center to discuss the team's match against Qatar's Al-Gharafa tomorrow at Kingdom Arena in the opening round of the AFC Champions League Elite.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Inzaghi emphasized the significance of the match, describing the AFC Champions League Elite as a major and highly competitive tournament. He mentioned that Al-Hilal will complete its preparations during the final training session and is well-acquainted with Al-Gharafa, having faced the Qatari side last year under the same coach and with several of the same players. He pointed out that Al-Gharafa has quality players in both defense and attack, and added that Al-Hilal will enter the match determined to achieve its objective.

Al-Hilal defender Koulibaly highlighted the importance of a strong start to the Asian competition, acknowledging the challenge posed by their opponent. He stated that the team will complete its preparations during today's final training session and expressed that the players are eager to deliver the expected performance in their opening match.
