Riyadh: The first edition of the International Conference on Finance, Innovation, and Sustainable Growth in Emerging Markets (FISGEM 2026) began Monday. The two-day event is hosted by King Saud University, specifically by the College of Business Administration, in collaboration with WinVeston Capital Company.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the conference gathers leading academics and researchers, with over 100 finance scholars attending from around the world. This distinguished assembly provides an academic platform for the presentation of more than 70 new scientific discoveries and theories. The focus is on reshaping financial market concepts to align with global economic changes.

Additionally, the conference aims to bridge the gap between academic research and practical applications. By doing so, it seeks to support the stability and development of financial markets both regionally and globally.
