Dirab: The eighth International Show for Beauty of Arabian Purebred Horses will begin Tuesday at the King Abdulaziz Arabian Horse Center in Dirab, under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, with 840 horses from top local and international stables participating in what is considered the largest and most diverse edition in the show’s history.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the show spans five days, beginning with competitions for one-year-old fillies across multiple groups, reflecting the broad participation and growing interest in the aesthetics of the purebred Arabian horse.
The competitions continue in the following days to include categories for two- and three-year-old fillies and colts, then mares aged 4-6, 7-9, and over 10 years, as well as stallions of various ages, in a series of shows highlighting the beauty of the Arabian horse.
The large participation of owners and breeders reflects the prestigious status of the international show and its ability to attract the top local and international bloodlines, underscoring the quality of organization and professional standards for which the King Abdulaziz Arabian Horse Center is renowned.
