Jeddah: The Ministry of Interior has issued a warning regarding fake Hajj campaigns and unlicensed offices catering to domestic pilgrims: The ministry has urged the public to exercise caution and avoid falling prey to misleading advertisements found on various websites and platforms. It has advised individuals to verify the authenticity of licensed campaigns for domestic pilgrim services through the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's official website.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry has also encouraged the public to report any violations of Hajj season regulations. Reports can be made through the unified number 911 in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern areas, while the number 999 is to be used in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.
