Riyadh: The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) highlighted key achievements in the first quarter of 2026, including new industrial agreements and progress across multiple sectors.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the commission signed several industrial agreements covering projects in coal tar, steel, pipelines, and green manganese. The agreements also included renewable energy and sustainability initiatives, such as a carbon capture project.

RCJY expanded its international engagement through participation in exhibitions, promotional tours, and meetings with official delegations to explore investment opportunities.

In healthcare and education, the commission recorded milestones, including advanced medical procedures and successful cardiac catheterization cases.

Students in RCJY institutions also achieved strong results in national competitions and exams, earning awards for innovation and excellence.

Community and cultural events aimed at improving quality of life were also among the highlights.

RCJY said the achievements reflect an integrated approach that combines industrial growth, advanced technology, talent development, and quality of life improvement.
