IMCTC Secretary-General Meets Kyrgyz Ambassador to Discuss Anti-Terrorism Efforts

Riyadh: Secretary-General of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC), Maj. Gen. Mohammed Al-Moghedi, held a meeting with Kyrgyz Republic Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Ulukbek Maripov, and his delegation at the coalition’s headquarters in Riyadh.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Maj. Gen. Al-Moghedi commended the Kyrgyz Republic’s efforts in combating terrorism and extremism, highlighting its significant role in enhancing joint international efforts to tackle these challenges. The meeting focused on reviewing mutual interests and exploring opportunities for the Kyrgyz Republic to become a member of the IMCTC.

During the discussions, Ambassador Maripov expressed his country’s gratitude for the coalition’s leadership in unifying and coordinating international efforts against terrorism. He emphasized the importance of international alliances that operate under a unified framework with shared goals to address terrorism in all its manifestations.
