IMCTC Concludes Specialized Program on Reintegration and Rehabilitation Centers for Extremists in Niamey

Niamey: The Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) concluded today in Niamey, the capital of the Republic of Niger, its specialized program titled ‘Training Specialists in Rehabilitation and Reintegration Centers for Extremists.’ The program was implemented as part of the coalition’s intellectual initiatives to support member states and strengthen national capacities to counter extremism and advance rehabilitation efforts.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the closing ceremony was attended by several officials and specialists from relevant entities. A total of 29 specialists from various sectors participated in the five-day program, which featured training sessions and interactive workshops. The program focused on reintegration and rehabilitation methodologies, mechanisms to address extremist ideologies, and the exchange of professional expertise and experience, grounded in integrated scientific approaches that consider both intellectual and psychological dimensions.
