His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent a cable of congratulations to Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid on the occasion of his election and taking the constitutional oath as President of the Republic of Iraq.

His Royal Highness the Crown Prince expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes of success to His Excellency the President, and further progress and advancement to the people of the brotherly Republic of Iraq.
