His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister has sent a cable of congratulations to President Alassane Ouattara of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
