Riyadh, Nov. 1, 2022, SPA -- His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has sent a cable of congratulation to Mr. Lula Da Silva on winning the presidential elections of the Federal Republic of Brazil.

In his cable, HRH the Crown Prince expressed sincere felicitations to the President-elect, wishing him every success and the government and friendly people of Brazil steady progress and prosperity.
