Jeddah-- The Human Rights Commission (HRC) and the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC-IPHRC) signed here today a memorandum of understanding for technical cooperation in the field of human rights.

The MoU was co-signed by HRC Vice President Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Khayyal, and OIC-IPHRC's representative Dr. Haji Asikul, during the 19th Regular Session of the OIC-IPHRC.

The memorandum aims to enhance technical cooperation between the two sides.
