Holy Makkah Municipality Collects Over 11,000 Tons of Waste in First Week of October

The Holy Makkah Municipality collected and transported 11,372 tons of waste during the first week of October.

At the same time, over 5,300 containers were cleaned, maintained, and disinfected, 773 sidewalks were cleaned, and 5,183 tons of debris were removed.

To sustain public cleanliness and prevent waste accumulation, the municipality has implemented a comprehensive field plan. It has increased its workforce and intensified cleaning efforts in vital areas and parks.
