HM King issues Decree (81) of 2024

Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (81) of 2024 amending certain provisions of Decree (69) of 2004 on reorganising the Ministry of Interior, based on the proposal of the Minister of Interior and following the approval of the Cabinet. The decree stipulates the following: Article I A new clause numbered (4) shall be added to Paragraph (First) of (Article I) of Decree (69) of 2004 on reorganising the Ministry of Interior, with the remaining clauses renumbered accordingly. The new clause reads: 4- Undersecretary for Legislative Authority Affairs at the Ministry of Interior. Article II The Minister of Interior shall implement this decree, which comes into effect on the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette. Source: Bahrain News Agency
