Heavy Rain and Dust-Stirring Winds Expected Across Multiple Regions

Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology has forecast moderate to heavy rain accompanied by hail and dust-stirring winds for several regions including Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, Makkah, Riyadh, and Qassim. Additionally, light to moderate rain is anticipated in the regions of Hail, Al-Jouf, Tabuk, Eastern, and Northern Borders.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Red Sea will experience northwesterly to northerly winds at 20-42 km/h in its northern and central parts, while the southern part will witness southwesterly to northwesterly winds reaching 15-35 km/h. Sea conditions are expected to range from calm to choppy with waves between half a meter to two meters.

In the Arabian Gulf, winds will vary from northwesterly to northeasterly, shifting to southeasterly to southerly in the evening at speeds of 10-30 km/h in the central and northern parts. The southern regions will experience southwesterly to southeasterly winds reaching 12-32 km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters, indicating relatively calm sea conditions.
