Makkah: Hajj Security Forces have arrested three citizens for transporting 108 expatriates holding visit visas and attempting to bring them into Makkah to perform Hajj without a permit, in violation of Hajj regulations. The individuals tried to smuggle the expatriates by using concealed compartments within heavy vehicles.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the arrested individuals have been referred to the relevant authorities to implement legal penalties against them.
