Makkah: The Hajj Security Forces arrested an Indian resident for transporting 22 visa-holding expatriates that violated Hajj regulations and instructions for not having Hajj permits.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the residents were referred to the competent authorities for the implementation of legal penalties against them.
