Arafat: The 'Nusuk Care' centers, affiliated with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, are actively providing essential field services to pilgrims in Arafat. These services are managed by dedicated support and guidance teams that are strategically deployed throughout the area to ensure seamless access to essential information and services.
According to Saudi Press Agency, since the start of Dhu Al-Qadah, 'Nusuk Care' centers have delivered more than 193,000 field services across 38 dedicated centers and over 160 operational locations. The staff, who are highly trained, offer services in 11 languages, with additional support in sign language, to cater to the diverse needs of pilgrims.
The field teams play a crucial role in guiding pilgrims along appropriate routes, managing situations that require rapid logistical or medical intervention, and processing real-time feedback to improve services. These efforts are part of a comprehensive care framework implemented by the ministry, aimed at enhancing the quality of services provided throughout every stage of the Hajj journey.
The operational deployment of these services reflects the leadership's commitment to ensuring high-quality care for pilgrims. This initiative supports the objectives of the Pilgrim Experience Program, which is a key component of Saudi Vision 2030.
