Hajj Conference App Launched to Enhance Visitor Experience

Jeddah: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program, has launched the official mobile application for the Hajj Conference and Exhibition. This initiative is a significant part of Saudi Vision 2030, aimed at elevating the overall experience for attendees of the event.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the application incorporates several features designed for convenience and efficiency. It includes an e-badge system that facilitates seamless access to conference areas via a QR code. Additionally, the app provides a comprehensive conference agenda, allowing users to view sessions and workshops and register directly for participation.

The application also offers a virtual reality experience, enabling users to explore the exhibition’s pavilions and facilities. A smart interactive map is available to assist with easy navigation across the event venue.

The Hajj Conference and Exhibition is taking place at the Jeddah Superdome from November 9 to 12, occupying an area of 60,000 square meters. It features over 225 local and international speakers, more than 80 dialogue sessions, 60 workshops, and participants from 150 countries. The event aims to serve as a platform for capacity building, knowledge exchange, and year-round collaboration in Hajj services.
