Jeddah: The Saudi Water Authority (SWA) is leveraging its participation in the fourth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition, which runs from January 13 to 16 in Jeddah, to showcase the water system’s efforts and enhance collaboration with entities involved in the Hajj.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the event, SWA aims to exchange best practices and experiences to provide world-class services that meet the needs of pilgrims and Umrah performers, ensuring a sustainable and innovative environment.
Through its participation, SWA is emphasizing the role of the water system in Hajj by providing smart technologies for managing water consumption and improving efficiency at holy sites. The authority will also highlight initiatives focused on innovation, sustainability, and environmentally friendly solutions designed to ensure visitors’ comfort and allow them to perform Hajj and Umrah rituals efficiently and in tranquillity.
Visitors to the SWA’s pavilion at the accompanying exhibition have the opportunity to explore the authority’s key future projects and innovative solutions in water resources management.
