The ministry explained that Nusuk AI is one of the smart solutions integrated into the Nusuk application, serving as a digital assistant that answers pilgrims' inquiries, guides them to relevant services, and provides information on Hajj, Umrah, and visits. The service also responds to religious inquiries using official sources and a knowledge base built around the most common questions and fatwas.

Supporting more than 180 languages and voice interaction, the service has benefited more than 320,000 users since its launch and has recorded more than one million uses. It also handled more than 475,000 questions and responses during the past month, reflecting growing reliance on smart solutions for accessing information and services.
