Jeddah: The Haji and Mu'tamer's Gift Charitable Association (Hadiyah) launched its field programs and initiatives to serve more than three million Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and visitors as part of its operational plan for the 1447 AH Hajj season. The initiatives are being implemented across the holy sites, the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah, pilgrim halls, land border crossings, Jeddah Islamic Port, the entrances to Makkah and Madinah, and several pilgrim accommodations.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Hadiyah's Board of Directors Chairman Dr. Hatem Al-Marzouki stated that the association has mobilized its human, operational, and volunteer resources to serve pilgrims as part of its mission to enrich pilgrims' experiences.
He noted that Hadiyah is implementing operational and field plans this season to reach the largest possible number of pilgrims and visitors through awareness and enrichment initiatives aimed at improving their experience.
Al-Marzouki added that the nonprofit sector is witnessing growing contributions to serving pilgrims through professional initiatives and advanced operational systems that help enrich the Hajj and Umrah pilgrim experience.
He further stated that the association continues to implement its field programs and initiatives through an advanced operational system aimed at enhancing the experience of pilgrims and visitors and facilitating the performance of rituals in a smooth and supportive environment.
