Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology has forecasted gusty winds accompanied by moderate to heavy rain and hail in parts of Madinah, Makkah, Al-Baha, Aseer, Jazan, Najran, Qassim, Riyadh, and Eastern regions on Thursday.
According to Saudi Press Agency, dust-stirring winds are expected to affect Tabuk, Al-Jouf, Hail, and Northern Borders regions. Meteorological data indicates variable wind speeds across different bodies of water. Over the Red Sea, northwesterly to northerly winds will reach speeds of 20-60 km/h in the northern and central parts, and southeasterly to southerly winds will reach 15-45 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights are predicted to range from half a meter to three meters, resulting in calm to choppy sea conditions.
In the Arabian Gulf, easterly to southeasterly winds will blow at speeds of 12-55 km/h. Waves are expected to range from half a meter to more than two meters, indicating varying sea conditions from calm to choppy.
