Mecca: Grand Mosque Imam Sheikh Yasser Al-Dosari affirmed in his Friday sermon today that belief in divine decree and predestination is the cornerstone that grants a believer contentment and peace of mind, emphasizing that all that is destined occurs by the wisdom and plan of Allah, who is not to be questioned about His actions.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Sheikh Al-Dosari concluded by noting that this belief strengthens the believer during hardship and purifies the heart from malice and envy. He called for patience in adversity and gratitude in ease to achieve happiness in this life and the Hereafter.
