Riyadh: The 23rd edition of the International Asset, Facility and Maintenance Management Conference commenced yesterday in Riyadh under the patronage of Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz. The three-day event brings together a broad group of local and international experts, specialists, decision-makers, and sector leaders in asset, facilities, and maintenance management.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the first day marked the opening of the accompanying AFM Expo, featuring specialized companies and organizations showcasing the latest technologies, solutions, and smart applications in facilities management and maintenance. The expo highlights practical demonstrations that support digital transformation, strengthen public-private integration, and promote knowledge transfer and localization of expertise.
The conference program includes specialized scientific sessions, training workshops, and panel discussions focusing on key topics such as digital transformation, AI, predictive maintenance, and asset sustainability. It also presents leading local and international experiences aimed at advancing operational policies and improving asset and facilities management models.
