Madinah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, through its Madinah branch, continues to enhance its awareness and guidance services at the General Services Center, located in the Prophet's Mosque courtyards. The efforts are part of the ministry's operational plan for the Hajj season 1447 AH aimed at serving pilgrims through educational and religious guidance programmes in multiple languages. Services are delivered through organized shifts designed to match peak crowd levels and the continuous flow of visitors throughout the day.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the center offers a range of awareness services that help pilgrims and visitors understand the rulings of Hajj rituals and acts of worship. Programs are delivered continuously on a flexible schedule that adapts to peak hours and increasing numbers of beneficiaries. The center also distributes religious booklets and printed materials translated into several languages, including Arabic, English, Urdu, Indonesian, Malay, Bengali, and Turkish, ensuring that the message reaches various nationalities.
The ministry implements an integrated system of services during the Hajj season, in line with its mission to promote religious awareness and serve pilgrims. These efforts reflect the leadership's continued care and attention to the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors.
